Defcon 3, also called “Defcon Three” or “Round House” is basically a “Yellow Alert” level or an increase in alertness and readiness. All exit permissions have been authorized and no further documentation or permissions are needed to mobilize. With Defcon 3 (Three) level the Brotherhood is in a state of readiness so that they can deploy and mobilize within 15 minutes.
